I have a build like a football player.. BigwWide Shoulders, big neck, and chest. I don't have to work out much to see a big difference. Unfortunately my waist does not look proportionate to the rest of my body
I did the Atkins diet for like a month and I lost some of the love handles, but gained it back . Atkins is a waste of time. I'd much rather live a lifestyle of working out and eating right.
I've been doing some cardio, situps, crunches and hopefully it will work.
