I don't understand why they took Walt at all.....probable theory...

Get this... I didn't watch it. yeah, I saw the last two minutes of them strapping down in the plane before take off and then the hatch opening. But I didn't watch the beginning and majority of it. Yeah.. I know, after posting up shit that I was going to and all yesterday. But I ended up with a case of the hornies and had to go relieve them.

I think the pirate men or whatever they are will turn out to be a figment of Walt's imagination. Remember how he subconsciously willed that polar bear from the comic book to life? The boy has magical powers. He also could roll the exact number that he wanted in backgammon every time he played. And remember how he foretold that there would be trouble and not to go on the raft? That is why he burnt the first one. Something up with him.

But it is pissed in the rain like hell that they never fucking resolve any of the shit they dump on you. And the characters seem stupid as hell at times.

If I were on that island, I would have explored most of it by now. And that cable Sayid found coming out of the ocean? Why didn't they follow that to the source? Damn them.

It was Michael Caine in "The Island" made in 1980.

It was about modern day pirates descended from the original pirates and they kidnapped people to keep their group going.. great movie.

Ok course these pirates have flying dirt monster technology and giant bears for pets.. but kind of the same idea.
