Hey guys. HOws it going? Im new to the board. So anyway, I hurt my ankle about a month ago. I ripped a ligament in my ankle, and I have been on crutches since then. Because of this injury I haven't been able to lift because I can't drive to the gym, and even if I could i wouldnt be able to hold weights in my hand without putting a bit of stress on my ankle. So over the last month I have lost muscle, and have gotten smaller(Which i have heard from various people,and i can see it myself). My question is ,how long will it take me to put my size back on, and my strength to come back? I feel like crap just sitting around not being able to go to the gym. I have been lifting for the last 5 years, and the longest that I have gone without lifting in that time is about 3 weeks, because i had hurt my shoulder., It has been a month already, and it most likelly will be another month before I am on my feet. and can lift.
Oh yeah.I dont know if it matters but my stats are
6 foot
210 pounds (well probably 200 now i would guess since i havent lifted or leven ess)
14 percent bf
345 max lift.
