Lost Size. Question.

Hey guys. HOws it going? Im new to the board. So anyway, I hurt my ankle about a month ago. I ripped a ligament in my ankle, and I have been on crutches since then. Because of this injury I haven't been able to lift because I can't drive to the gym, and even if I could i wouldnt be able to hold weights in my hand without putting a bit of stress on my ankle. So over the last month I have lost muscle, and have gotten smaller(Which i have heard from various people,and i can see it myself). My question is ,how long will it take me to put my size back on, and my strength to come back? I feel like crap just sitting around not being able to go to the gym. I have been lifting for the last 5 years, and the longest that I have gone without lifting in that time is about 3 weeks, because i had hurt my shoulder., It has been a month already, and it most likelly will be another month before I am on my feet. and can lift.
Oh yeah.I dont know if it matters but my stats are
6 foot
210 pounds (well probably 200 now i would guess since i havent lifted or leven ess)
14 percent bf
345 max lift.
 
It'll take some time.....dont rush it.....but muscle memory is a good thing........even if it is like starting over, it'll come back much quicker....sort of like a beginner........
 
just heal up and when youre ready get back in the gym..i had knee surgery many years ago and no matter what my right leg is still slightly smaller than my left not to mention it killed my sweep..but i dont care ill just keep squatting and squatting!!!
