How is it possible I started dieting and eating clean 5-6 days ago have done cardio just once and am down atleast 8 pounds...Taking stacker 2 cause I got them to use up about 3-4 a day of 75-100mg ephedrine and just cut out alot of food to mostly protein at about 200-2500 calories a day. Currently 204 at 5'10 on fina/winny/eq/test. Its gotta be water wieght right? I do notice abbs alot more but other people say ive shurk everywhere but havent lost strenght maybee getting stronger actually
