Obviously when you go off even whith the proper anti e's to reduce water retention you are goin to lose some of your weight gains. It may not be muscle loss but it is weight loss. The loss of water causes you to lose some strength also. Now my qestion is how long do you guys think it takes for this loss to take place. Within the first few weeks of being off or do you find it to be a more gradual loss.
Also how long do you vets feel that actual muscle can be maintained without AS use. For example Joe hits his natural limit of 195 lbs of lbm with the use of AS he gains 35 lbs over a 4 yr period of hard training and cyclying.(time off=time on) Now suppose he completely stops AS use but continues to workout. I know he will lose that 35 lbs bec his body's natural test production etc etc cannot support that kind of mass. But how long until astrophy occurs. and at what rate?
