Losing strenght during cycle?

I am aware that it is natural to go through periods of higher and lower strenghth peaks.

I would assume however that during even a "very mild" cycle that this should not happen and that strenght should go up, perhaps stay the same for awhile, but not drop like it has for me the last 9 days.

What do you think? Thanks!
 
I think you need to give us more information before anybody can help you.

I'm not the Amazing Kreskin or whatever, I can't read your mind.
 
yea I agree need more info what are you taking, what are youre eating habits, what is youre workout schudule.:confused:
 
How long have you pumped iron & when was your last rest cycle from working out? I find.....once in a while....take 72 hours off..........OMG! strength back.

space5, no offense dude, but it inappropriate to ask for gear anywhere. There is no source posting allowed here and if you ask, your just looking for someone to scam you, so do yourself a favor and be patient.
 
Here are a couple reasons:

-bad gear
-bad diet
-bad training or overtraining
-not enought rest / bad recuperation
 
Thanks guys. I specifically left out a lot of info because I knew you would kick my ass. So kick away:

a) I am on 4th week of fake primo. Some are clear vials with green german writing that is smudgy and scratches off easily. The others are really good spanish fakes, brown vials dots and legit looking box but again writing scratches off. I got these through a mod backed source. Other threads people have claimed that they are indeed fake but active ingredient with results. I decided to try them anyway (kick me!) I am now very sceptical.

b) I have by no means reached my genetic potential and have only been working out for 8 months (kick again.) I am not out to get huge, just wanting a cheat on natural gains. Many ppl here will say that is stupid. I disagree as I am very impressed with results I have seen on other gym newbies. This is also why I chose a mild stack of deca+primo. I am not using the deca now however, as it is definately legit and I want to save it for another cycle stack with something I am sure about.

c) I am 5'9(.5:P) 200lbs, ~16% BF. Since starting the cycle I am down maybe 1% but that is hard to tell. I think I feel harder, more pumped and a little more defined. I am on a moderate cal intake ~3500/day with at least 200grams protein. Besides working out and a bit of biking I have an extremely low daily activity level. I get plenty of rest. I usually work out 4-5 days a week split into legs/front/back. Mainly compound excercises with a few isolated. My leg strenght has gone up and abs strenght (like I need that) but upper body actually has declined the last 2 chest workouts. My muscle recovery time has not gone down and I don't feel I can increase my workout days. (I had expected that juice would allow me to work the same group even the next day!?)

I try to remain optomistic,but my gut feeling is that this gear is total garbage and that any gains are just natural from increased food and a bit higher intensity workouts. Perhaps 300mg a week of primo (if it is real) will only provide very subtle results and that is the only problem (that I don't know exactly what to expect?) More feedback appreciated.... thanks!

My next question is what to do with this source. I don't think he knew he was selling fakes and I have a trail of e-mails even with appology knowing they are fake. However, any time I asked him to rectify the situation my e-mails went unanswered. I even paid for the deca after all that. It was left sort of at "bro, they are fake but ppl are getting good results so it is active ingredient.... just take them." What kind of support can I get from mods I wander?

Off topic. There are several threads I am wathing that say something to the effect of "am I the only one who thinks the new mods lately suck?" What's that all about?
 
Don't know about bashing the new mods, but then, I only frequent the anabolic board frequently. The other boards seem to have picked a few shitheads for mods.

Anyways, as for your results, hell if I know. I would definitely get some real gear and throw out your other crap. I don't know about the deca, so that might be real. But even if the primo was real, 300mg/week is only going to give moderate gains. Most people use that to bridge.

Maybe go for something like an 8 week cycle with 250mg/test and 300mg/deca. That should give some quality results and only cost you the test, since you already have the deca. If you want, you could always up the test (watch out for sides), add winny (my choice), or anything else that comes to mind. Adding the winny will definitely increase your strength, and add some quality muscle in the process.

Anyways, you got more guts than I do knowingly injecting fake gear with mixed opinions on whether there really is active ingredient in it or not.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I didn't do it until I had heard of others taking it and claiming results.

Those comments are in threads here and directed at the new mods here....

Anyhow, the deca is cool its Ttokkyo. I am planning on stacking with either real primo, anavar or winny but the winny option seems to expensive (with cheap ug anavar available.)

One thing I can't seem to grasp is why ppl do any juice that has losses afterwards. This includes forms of test. The only case I can understand is if it is for competition purposes. For myself, I would for sure do a weaker anabolic in favor of permanancy.

Any other suggestions on what I can do about this "source?" He is domestic for me (CAN) has fair prices, reliable delivery.... would like to have him for future needs... so threatening him might not be a good idea?
 
Well, I certainly wouldn't threaten a source, but he can't be the only guy in all of Canada that is selling gear.

As for doing mild, anabolic stuff, I tend to agree. I also don't like any bloat. However, the benefits of 250mg/test/week are amazing. Especially on something like deca, which can shut off your ability. Test also has psychoactive qualities, and acts as a mood elevator, and an anti-depressant. Believe me, once you get deca-dick, you'll need an anti-depressant, 'cause it ain't no fun.

If you can find winny and ox at a comparable price, I would opt for ox just about every time. Not every time, because I like winny, but most of the time. And if you are going to do deca, winny is the better fit. It will counter some of the sides you might otherwise encounter from deca (not the penile function, but the progesterone related sides), and in addition add some strength and muscle.

A good cycle of highly anabolics might be a winny/ox cycle for about 6 weeks, maybe 8. Primo and ox might not be bad, I've never done primo, and don't know many who have done both together. Plus, it's hella expensive, and I would rather go with oxandrolone alone for 6 weeks and not worry about shutting down my hpta.

Maybe like 40mg/day of ox for 6 weeks. Stop for 4, then get back on. That would be a good steady gain of muscle, provided you eat right, train, etc. The only problem I have with ox, is that it KILLS my appetite, which isn't that strong to begin with.

Also, a good highly anabolic substance is eq. It is usually compared to deca, but these are 2 different types of gear. For instance, with deca, you will be bloated, not with eq. Eq stimulates your appetite. As for gains, deca will probably give more gains, but you can always up the dosage on eq, but not too much with deca.
