"liquid" clenbutrx 10 min b4 cardio 6 days a week on empty stomache, low glycemic carbs through out the day 1-2 gallons water
 
i am also trying to lose a few lbs, also, so i am going to try to jump back into cardio and a change in diet.. and see what happens

Yep. Your goal should be approx 500 cal deficit between added cardio and reduced cals. DON'T RUSH or your metabolism slows down and you end up losing slower... then again 6-7 lbs isn't that much anyway.
