Loose skin

Its not a lot but I've got a small bit of loose skin on the lower stomach section from hitting the cardio for 4 months and losing 60lbs. I still do cardio but not as much, been lifting more. Strength is increasing rapidly which i believe is good. Only been lifting about 6 months. Since its not a lot of skin i was told i can tone that up. My question is how to do that? Im 6' 208lbs im 32 years old. Been doing cardio about 3 times a week, not light but not heavy, kind of moderate. Lifting 4 days a week. Need help please. Thanks in advance. A few have told me to ease off the next cardio a little more but im not sure.

I wouldn't ease up on the cardio.. If anything go harder bro and mix it up (constant rate & hiit). Diet is huge too man so i would suggest posting it up if you want feedback - cause the food you take in is what will make or break you.

You could try incorporating some fasted cardio in the morning if you have the time to do so, or check out IF (theres a very solid thread on it by RR).
