Wear and Tear has shown its ugly face today. While doing deadlifts it feels as if i strained my lower back. Lowering the weight after the second rep @ 315 i lost the arch in my back and did something. It wasnt intense pain, i maged to strip all the weight off and drive home with only slight pain. I iced immediately upon arriving home. On a scale of 1-10, it was a 3-4 when it happened and is now about a 2 when i move to sudden or the wrong way. My high ankle sparin/knee twist last summer was a 8. So that will give you a comparison.
Either way looks like im taking a break to recover. I should have taken a break last week but o well. If the back feels better by monday ill be doing cardio every day and throwing the ball around to stay active.
And i probaly wont be posting all week either so I wont be back till i hit the gym again, so good luck everyone with your lifts !!!
