Looking to take it to the next level

Good afternoon all. I have been lifting for awhile now with the bulk of my supplements coming from GNC or similiar related stores. Everynow and then I would head over to store that seemed to have a fairly good step up from previous products. I tried 1-AD when it came out and thought it was good, then Mass Tabs came out and those seemed good aswell, I tried TREN and it seemed alot like 1-AD which was ok. Then a product came out called DMZ followed shortly by DMZ LOAD. The last two didnt really seem to have any effect on me even though I went with the owners advice and took 3-4 a day for about 5 weeks followed by 4 weeks of some stuff called Revolution PCT. It seemed like I had just wasted my money. So my question is what should/could I be looking for out there? In the stores or on the internet. I have no idea where to go from here and off the shelf stuff seems to be the only way I'll be able to get anything decent since I dont know anybody who takes any of the big anabolics.
Thanks for hearing me out and I hope some one can suggest what I need to do next. Feel free to shot me a reply with any info which I more than likely leftout.

WELCOME TENNETS - good info here post the following and we'll be glad to help. In the mean time check out NTBM.com. I have tried there products from PCT to even food and all is fantastic!

Just a heads up man, for new members you probly want to type the whole thing out as they most likely have no idea what NTBM stands for and if thats all they type in their web browser it wont come up.

NTBM= Need to build muscle.

Welcome to Elite Fitness Tennets. Before embarking on another cycle, you should take the time to use this site and others that are associated with this site in as far as sponsors , to research the best cycle and PCT and support supplements for you, especially the new SARMS phenomena. Study the posts in the AAS section, weight training and diet sections of the board and broaden your knowledge of all aspects of your training and proper nutrition. Best of luck to you.

Welcome! I agree with doing a lot of research on this site. Ask questions, gain some knowledge that you will need to do things right. Second, I'd recommend to getting the bulk of your supplements from NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE.COM - they have products that actually work and at a great price! Highly recommended by many on the boards. I also think it will give you a lot of the results/gains you are looking for.

Looking forward to hearing your stats, etc.

Any questions send a PM to NEEDTOGETAAS - He is always happy to help.

Thanks for the heads up, guess ths would have been good info to start with
Age: 36
Weight: 224
Height: 5'7
Bf %: Not really sure probally 15-20%
Years training: 90' - present
Training routine: Everyother day Exp: Mon Chest/tri , Tues 40min cardio 60% max HR , Wens Back/Bi's/Forearms, Thurs another 40 min cardio, Fri Legs/Shoulders, Sat 40 min cardio, Sun Off, Repeat cycle.
Diet: 2500-3000 calories a day and try try to hit my 1-2 grams of protein per pnd. Still taking the vitapaks. N.O. pre W/O followed by Protein shake within 15min of workout and solid meal within an hour of shake. BCAA's supps w/ meals.
Goals: To get stronger would be ok but I seem to fall into the Endomorph body type. I usually compete in the post bench competition once a year where I'm stationed and I was able to get up 470 in the open/unl class @ a weight of 228. Squats are at about 450ish, Incline/Decline 315/405. Deadlifts 350-400. I'm fairly happy with what I'm lifting but I just wouldnt mind being a little more cut up in the right spots, Nobody on either side of my family was ever really big, my fathers side just had a farming history and I guess natural strength. So I'm just stuck with those genes. I hope this helps and again feel free to hit me up for better info. I've never tried asking for help like this so forgive my newness.

Wtf. Your bench is higher than your sqaut, which is higher than your deadlift.

well what are your goals?

from your pic you seem to be a powerlifter. do you want to cut down and sacrifice strength or do you want to continue to add mass?

if this is really your first venture in the AAS world I would do an 8 week testosterone cycle. 500mg per week. very simple.

To be honest I would rather be cut up and vascular than being able to toss up alot of weight. I've never done any other type of contests and never really had any desire to compete in actual bodybuilding. but hats off to those of you who do. I'm sure it might seem strange or dumb to focus so much on my upper body and seem to neglect my lower body as I kind of got the impression from a previous post but thats just my choice. So thats kind of where I stand. I'm not really interested in strength now so much as I am inshape and definition. I'm just not really sure what type of supplements are the best ones to help me achieve those goals. After going through the forums for awhile I figured the knowledge base here is vast so I've come running for help. So again thanks for your time and insight.

I personally don't do squats heavy or deads. I have hurniated discs in my lower back from deads once, and squats once. So i just try to do correct form, and weight that I am comfortable with. I am less worried about doing heavy weight with bench then I am squats. So I do bench more then I squat for that fact. NOt sure if your thinking is the same as mine. But I am also not looking to compete or ever be a bodybuilder. I would rather be able to run or bike a lot then squat personally. And I have seen bikers who don't squat much with huge legs.

Yup, thats the boat I'm in. I can't run at all anymore myself. eliptical a bikes are my mainstay, that and a walk that will get me to the 120-138bpm to dive into fatburning range.

Definately sound ready for a test cycle. I'd go longer than 8 weeks, at least 10-12, I didn't really start making great gains until week 7 or 8. Test only should be easy to recover from. If you spend enough time on this board and visiting all the sponsors you will find what your looking for. I gained 35 pounds on sustanon 250 every 3 days. I would definately front load with prop though as I wasn't real thrilled with the oral kickstart. I ran mine 13 weeks. No looking back. Im 235 now, and will be 250+ by next year.

do some research on different testosterone choices.

with prop the esther is out very quickly.

with the longer esther tests its out after 3 weeks.

so if you run a 12 week cycle, really its in your system for 15 weeks. I have to disagree with the above poster who says to go that long for a first cycle. you want to avoid the headache of recovery, so keep your first cycle simple and short. your main concern should be recovery, that is where your cycle gets made or broke. many guys lose their gains during this time, lose motivation to workout, etc. and they go back to the drawing board. since you already have an excellent base and ethic I dont see you ending up in that situation as long as you do your research and are prepared with a solid PCT.

Poppycock. I went 14 weeks test E 500mg/week for my first cycle. Biggest change was between weeks 8-11 so I think a 12 week cycle of test E is perfect for a first timer.

After using pro hormones, otc steroids. I'd definitely run more than test alone, if I could go back I would, cuz I was disappointed with test only. I did 500mg 14 weeks bumped it up to 750 around week 8 and still didn't gain what I had on previous oral cycles. I used 1ad. Epi. M1test all impressed me more than test for strength and mass. However nothing makes u feel as good and more like a man than test. So ill use it in all my future cycles, just never again by itself, its just not enough for me.

So fat loss and lean muscle is what u want, and u wanna know what to take to take it to the next level. Well Using the right drugs correctly will definitely help get u there sooner, But diet and cardio is still what ur gonna have to concentrate mainly on to.

12 weeks.
Test enanthate 500mg
Masteron enanthate 400mg
T3 25mcg

Pm me if u have any questions about this bro.

Thank you much for all the info, I'll sift through the forums and read up on this stuff but thanks to all of you for putting me on the right path!!

Bad form on either will bite you in the ass hard and fast.

From a perspective of improving strength and systemic wide gain, nothing beats deads and squats. They subject your body to massive stress which in turn produce massive natural responses that have a whole body benefit.

My squats were at 465 when I was going heavy with a 405 bench, my barbell curls were 225 and I worked out with 185 barbell curls. My chest was always about as strong as my legs. I couldn't deadlift for shit. My unlcez used to make fun of me because of it.

I agree with you totally and still do squat and do deads. But I am just saying I won't max out on squats or deads like I would on bench. Someone made refrence to him benching more then he squats. He still squats over 300. With proper form I don't see that being so bad if your not looking to compete, etc.

If I had a trainer with me on leg days I would probably go heavier, I am just not looking to hurniate a disc again. I don't have time to lay on the couch for a few days.
