Looking to start, I need advice and help. What to take and how

I'm 20 yrs old 5'11" 180. I've been working out on and of since highschool football. I'm looking to put on 15-20 lbs of LEAN muscle. wanna stay vascular and vieny, NOT puffy. What should I take, and how? I want to stay away from major sideffects. I've heard that Sust and d-ball have bad effects. What about GH, PARABOLAN, PRIMO, WINNY? Please help

You need to read and study for a while - become familiar with the issues and options yourself - so that yo can make an informed decision.

15-20 lbs of lean mass is not as modest a goal as you may think. There is no way to do that without at least SOME degree of risk and without stressing your body in some manner. If you were to even TRY to get that much in 1 cycle, you would have to go for quite a strong cycle ....... Test, EQ (or DECA), D-Bol, ......... that is a standard combo.

You need to read and get edcuated on these issues yourself to make an informed decision for YOU.
