I'm 20 yrs old 5'11" 180. I've been working out on and of since highschool football. I'm looking to put on 15-20 lbs of LEAN muscle. wanna stay vascular and vieny, NOT puffy. What should I take, and how? I want to stay away from major sideffects. I've heard that Sust and d-ball have bad effects. What about GH, PARABOLAN, PRIMO, WINNY? Please help
