Looking to start first cycle!

I'm looking to start my first cycle. I'm trying to get some imput on what to start with. I have some gym friends that have been using for years and they have suggested several different things. I am 32 5-7 and 170 pounds and would like to gain some size and also rip up a little more. Any help would be great!!

I have been training pretty hard for about a year. I am in the 11% to 13% body fat range. I have been eating about 3000 to 4000 calories and about 150 g of protein per day for the last 6 months and have gained about 18 pounds.
 
Keep training. Keep learning. Try some supps and keep making gains. There's no magical steroid stack that will give permanent results. The better shape you get in naturally the more effective it'll be when you juice. This is serious shit. You have to know what you're going or you can fuck yourself up. I've seen it too many times.
 
i would double your protein intake, and keep training for another year. try some sups along the way, ie dermacrine, nitros oxide sups creatine. then after you grow more (and if training and diet is good you WILL grow more) then consider using gear.
and when you do, always go with just test for a first cycle bro
 
I will definitely try that. I have taken some different supplements already and got some good results in a short time. I will keep hitting it and see where it goes. Thanks for the advice!

18 lbs in 6 months natty?

hmmm doesn't sound like you need any steroids to me bro.

Yup boost that protein level... I agree. Try 6 meals a day at 50 grams per meal and it won't seem so impossible. Just be consistent and not miss any meals so you don't have to play the "catch up" game to consume your daily protein needs.
 
Thanks for the advice! I started today adding more protein and will continue with that. I was already eating 6 times a day, i am just adding more protein. I also took some other advice and am trying some different supplements too.
