Hey there
i'm on day 23 of my first cycle (200mg/deca, 300mg/test-e, anastrazole 1 mg every 3 days, all obtained through a doctor and pharmacy). I have a long history of having a very hard time gaining muscle. I am now 168 pounds.
I'm eating like a horse (260 grams protein a day) and working out 5-6 days a week. My trainer (from this site) made my program and it's very solid.
I have been reading through the forums and have seen some threads about people who lost all/most/a good part of their gains after their cycle. I've seen the link on the NEW PCT and plan to follow that but was wondering what variables can be considered when predicting how your own body might react.
I'm still early in my first cycle but want to get as much info as i can so i can plan well.
I know it varies form person to person but in general what can be expected after a cycle ends?
