Looking to Cut, What would you suggest?

I have lost a good 30lbs or so since the july. i went from 245 to 212-215lbs. My goal is to get under 205lbs. i have to get to this weight by the end of janurary. Im looking for some thing that would harden me up and make me more veiny without gaining much weight. I have been looking into sarms, Prohormoes, or maybe some var. let me know what you guys think1 thanks O yea im 6ft 212-215lb 13% bf, training for 8 years, i have ran prohormoes cycles (2), 1 cycle of test and dbol 1year ago.

Have you ever had a chance to check your natural hormone levels? Also, whats your age?

im 24 and have never had my natural levels tested. i was looking into that katanadrol and helladrol i just afaird i might put on too much weight.
 
Losing fat is all in your diet and how you train. Supps are just icing on the cake. Traditional low intensity long duration cardio is the devil when it comes to fat loss, it raises cortisol levels which kills muscle performance and muscle gains and sets the stage for a catabolic environment. Throw in 10-20 minutes of HIIT style work or crossfit workouts 3 times a week on top of your dedicated strength work and clean up your diet (which im assuming you have already done due to your current weightloss) and you will see more fat melt off.
