LOL Nelson I was hopping on this thread just to mention your book. I bought Nelson's "The Bodybuilding Truth" about a week ago. All last week I followed his routines in place of mine. Let me just say that neither my back, tris, bis, or delts have EVER been that sore following workouts except for the first 2 weeks I ever lifted. Also, although I usually do a pretty good chest workout, I definitely felt that I worked out my entire chest (upper, middle, and lower) much better than I usually do and in less time. I know it sounds like I work for him or something but seriously this book is great. Thanks Nelson!
