Looking For Suggestions

I'm 26 170lbs around 12%bf looking for 6% - 8%bf and 15lbs muscle.
Last Monday I started an eight week fat loss and lean muscle mass cycle:

Decabol 400mg/week
Clen 2 days on /2 days off 2weeks on / 3weeks off
Cytomel T4 starting week 2 six weeks working from 25 to 100 and back down.

I think my fat loss is fine but I'm not sure that I will get the size I am looking for.
Any Suggestions for a high reward low risk Class I to stack? If so how and when to integrate it.

Or any thoughts or suggestions at all?

I'm a bit confused ny this run actually...are you looking to cut or bulk?

I'm also not sure if Deca only is the "best" idea for a first run (assuming based on stats). Prog sides can be a bitch to deal with compared to estrog sides...

Your goals MAY be unrealistic for one cycle. from where you are now, I'd clean bulk or cut then bulk then cut.

I dont really like adding compounds mid cycle to alter results...I say run it out or cut it short and start over.

Is this your first cycle?
Lifting history?
You want to lose 12-15lbs of Fat and gain 15lbs of muscle. Not gonna happen bro.
If I was you, I'd Bulk first and then cut.
 
First Dose this past monday
Deca only
eight weeks...fat burn plus lean muscle mass. Low estrogen conversion. (I was unaware of the limpdick thing so I'm asking you guys)
Second cycle. First cycle test cyp eight years ago. So you could say that this is my first.
Lifting since 94' mostly athletic
Mail order personal trainer (not working)
bf % an estimate... Last skin pinch 9/05 @ 9%

I was asking for advice because the more I read the more I question the Deca only.
Not looking to go huge. Mostly ripped, lower bf %, with a little added size.

Not trying to sound stupid I just don't want to make any dumb moves.

I dont want to be a dick, but I might advise you to jump ship here. Sound like a good candidate for an EQ run. Probably want to do a bit of homework (pain in the ass, I know).

establish a final goal and smaller goals to get you there...one Deca only cycle stands no chance in hell to help you drop bf% and gain 15lbs muscle...now if you ran Test/EQ/Tren...nevermind LOL

I have a little different take then some on here about this, but I don't konw if my theory applies to you (you have to determine that).

The word "cut" is defined differently from person to person, and to a bodybuilder is carries a completely different definition.

Deca only: My friend had never seen abs in his life, although he wasn't fat either. Going to guess around your percentage. Did 400mg of Deca for 12 weeks, and had a six pack, back definition, tri's etc etc. Technically speaking, he obviously lost some fat while putting on muscle and it allowed him to see muscles he never saw before. So would you consider that cutting, I don't know.

The only reason I agree that using clen/t3-t4 while using just deca may not be solid is because they need different things. When cutting you need to clean up the diet. But Deca needs calories to work. So your kinda fighting each other in that one.

Personally, if your looking to get harded, and still put on some muscle in the process I'd go with something like EQ at 400mg EW and Winny 50/ed with the two fat loss drugs. Those two will still build a bit while work with the pills to make you cutter

You can expect almost anything from a Deca only. It all depends on diet/training/cardio...if you eat a cut diet and add cardio you will cut nicely even on Deca.

I'm just hoping you realize you wont add 15lbs of muscle at the same time.

Depends on what you eat and how you train, etc etc.

I personally would have recommended
Week 1-12 Test Prop 100mg/eod
Week 1-4 Winny 50mg/ed
Week 5-12 Var 50mg/ed

PCT:
Week1-2 Clomid/Nolva 100mg/40mg
Week3-4 Clomid/Nolva 50mg/20mg

Let us know how everything goes with your cycle.
