Looking for strength and explosiveness...

I've been told that Anavar and Halotestin are good for my goals. The oxandrolone seems pretty rare and expensive but I was told it improves strength only and it's detectable for 3 weeks or so that's why I was interested. Here are my preocupations:
1) improve strength
2) improve speed
3) Can't use a drug that is detectable for more than 1-2 months

What are some of the drugs football players and track athletes use??

The type of training you do is going to make a bigger difference than the gear you take. Do you olympic lift? If not, get started.

I agree with B182, you might also want to add some plyometrics to your workouts, it all depends on the specific movements of the sport you particiapte in.

Test suspension or test prop might be useful to you. Both cannot be detected for a long time and test is known to improve athletic performance of any kind. Be careful with prop, since it´s detectable a bit longer than suspension.

Im on prop winny now and my strength explosiveness and speed have all gotten better. My weight went from 180-186 and im leaner now then ever. As for strength I got 275 for 6 on bench and inclined the 100 dbs for 8. It is definitely a great combo for athletes. Out of your system in 3 weeks

Thanx for the help. Yeah I'm doing olympic lifts, complex training and plenty of plyos. I'm happy with my present athleticism but I want that extra edge. I worked real hard lately and I've improved my vertical jump 5 inches in 10 weeks, 35in now. I deadlift 440, squat 360 for 3 reps, bench 265 for 4. But I'm 6ft, 200lbs. Don't take me wrong, I still make progress but when I hear people claim they've made more progress in a month than I have over the last year I feel I'm not getting rewarded for all of the efforts I'm putting into this. I'm 25 too, so it's like soon or never.
