Just calling out anyone who does Pendlay rows and who has a video camera. I've continued to do the rows using safety bars about a foot off the ground. Things went smooth so I decided to do try them off the floor with the same weight, but once again could not straighten my back at all. I'm curious to see the form people use. I widened my stance, which helped a bit, but with the heavier weight, still couldnt get my butt down and out and chest up. Thanks.
