looking for ifno on using ckd for cometiton prep

i have had a lot of succuess with ckd in past I can cut up to low 6 mid 5% bf Thats good if you want that pretty boy look for the beach but I want to enter comps at 3 to 4. I am just looking for an article or anybodies personal thoughts because I cant find anything
