New to the site looking for some help with my first Cyle. I am 30 5'8 162LBS with about 10% BF. I have been working out for about 9 years now. Looking to start my first cycle in 2 weeks of sust 250. Below is my diet and cycle. I feel like I may be eating enough for now, but I don't know if I'm eating enough on-cycle
Wake Up --- Protein Shake
Breakfast ---- 4 eggs on wheat toast
Snack ------Yogurt, cottage cheese or some almonds
Lunch ------ 2 Chicken or turkey Breast on wheat toast with apple of bananna
Snack ----- Protein Bar
Dinner ----- Chicken with rice and Brocolli or Turkey with 2 sweet potatoes and corn
Snack ----- 2 hard boiled eggs with a salad
Cycle
250 mg E4D
Forged Bromo during cycle----to help with side effects
PCT
Clomid -----Not sure of the dose and if I should taper at the end.
