Looking for cycle critique

I've been looking around the boards for a really long time now and my products finally arrived.

Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg/wk
Weeks 1-10: CEL Cycle Assist
Weeks 1-16: PES Erase (ai) 50mg/ED]
Weeks 13-16: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I also have HCG on hand but am looking for more definite answers, should it be ran throughout or is it okay if I just run it around the 5th or 6th week until the end of PCT?
Anything else needed?

I'm not familiar with your AI there man. I usually advocate aromasin for an AI. Your pct could use some clomid at 50/50/25/25. As for the hcg, you should NOT run this the entire cycle or during your pct at all. The correct way for you to utilize your hcg is to take it at a 1000iu blast for the two weeks between your last pin and the beginning of pct. Stop use once pct begins.
Hcg during pct is counterproductive and will inhibit your body from recouperating. Using hcg for too long while on cycle will desinsitize you to it, so this is why this is a bad idea and also its just unnecessary.

Only use HCG as a kickstart to your PCT. You need a better AI on cycle like aromasin at 12.5mg EOD. Your PCT needs a lot of work as well
