Looking for critique on my pics...

this was about a year ago, and what I am in the process of getting back to, before I go onto bigger things...

My stats in this pic I am 6'0" and 215lbs... not sure of the BF %, but I would venture to guess around 10% or so...

I'm currently at about 218lbs, but closer to 18% BF... I plan to be close to that 10% before then end of this year, and then want to add about 10 pounds of lean mass by the end of 2006...

I have already increased the size of my chest over the last few months... I've been back into my training for 8 weeks now... I think before i was too worried about how much i was lifting instead of concentrating on the mind muscle connection...

i'll try and post some new pics by the end of the year...

you look great in those pics..... I have nothing bad to say about your body.

what do you currently look like ? can you post a recent pic ? how did you gain 8% BF in one year ?

PS: nice ass by the way :rainbow: :lmao:

no real current pics...

how to gain 8% BF in one year...?

have a child, and not be able to get to the gym for a year while taking care of said child... i'm not complaining one bit, but now it's reached the point where taking him in to the daycare while daddy works out is an option...

Isnt military press just dumbbell shoulder press?

same thing sans the bar...

some people prefer the dumbbells like myself to allow for better symmetry...

bars have a tendency to offer up more training injuries as well...

yeah. i can't even do 135 after my shoulder surgery with the bar, but i can do 100s with the DBs.

go figure.

and please, warn a fella before he opens up a "physique" picture. oy!

Fyi...there's nothing wrong with putting the tiny tot in the daycare for a few while you get your pump on.

I lost a significant amount of weight during the first 6 months of the year.....no way in hell i could have done it without the kidcare at the gym. Moms and dads have to do things for themselves once in a while too. Don't feel guilty about it. Besides, we (parents) are responsible for setting the standard for our children when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. Why do you think 75% of the population (kids included) are overweight??

Keep doing what you're doing!

(ps. i could've gone all day without seeing your bum) ;)

i didn't feel comfortable taking him into daycare in his first year... as much as kids get sick in daycare, i felt it was better to keep him home...

and was that last crack a compliment, or what...?

ps. you're damn hot... :chomp:

Like a few people already said, you could work on those delts, and bis, and cover up your behind next time, we don't need to see all of you.

Also put a pic of your legs up, but please cover yourself first. :lmao:

why do I find you so attractive in that pic in your avatar ? I want to just make out with you all night

I would say you really need to work on pretty much everything. You have decent overall potential but no real shape or definition. I would focus on all the basic compound movements to give your chest, shoulders and arms some shape. It's hard to tell but in the pics it does look like you have pretty good mass to your legs so that's a definite positive. At this point you could either bulk up to fill out a bit or cut down and that would give you some seperation and make you look more muscular. You're just at that awkward stage of not lean enough to look muscular and too "unmuscular" to look muscular (if that makes sense). Not meant as a flame at all. I think you have good potential like I said but you just need to get in the gym with lots of drive and focus.
