Lets not flame this guy, everyone has different goals. When I first began lifting weights about three years ago, I didnt think much about calories and ate clean all of the time. I lifted for about six months on about 1500 cals a day, and I did 45 min of cardio about 5 days a week. I had just about exactly the physique Pitt did in Fight Club. Then I decided to get bigger and actually learned I needed to EAT to put on size. Seriously, if you weight train, keep your cals really low, eat clean, watch your carb timing and do cardio about five days a week you can easily attain his musculature and bodyfat level. I'm not going to say you will look like Brad Pitt, but you will come as close as your natural looks will allow. I used to want this type of physique as well, then the old bodybuilding bug bit and now I cant get big enough! This guy is in the begining stages of this game, Id bet money he'll be one of us soon enough!
