Looking for BPAY help

hi there guys,

I am looking to pay a BPAY biller. I sadly don't have internet banking (the negatives of just moving to Australia).

I was looking if I could send someone the money I want to have paid to someones PayPal account (in addition to an extra 50$) who will then use their internet banking to pay my BPAY biller.

Hope someone can help.
