Hey fellas. About to hit a monster/pplex cycle so I'm looking for a new lifting routine. I feel like I've hit a plateau with what I'm doing now. It's definitely not the greatest workout, but it goes something like this.
Workout 1: Chest/Shoulders
Workout 2: Legs/Traps
Workout 3: Arms, Back
I've only been able to manage 3 days a week for the last while due to time constraints, but for this next month + I'll be making it in 4-5 times a week regardless of what time it is I can get to the gym.
Any recommendations for a routine that will help me get the best of this cycle.
Stats: 185lbs, 5'10", est. 12-13% BF.
