i recently ordered my 3rd cop of pumping iron-- lost the first 2 because i would bring it with me everywhere--
neways: arnold was simply amazing, i remeber seeing pumping iron for the first time, that is what got me serious about lifting, but then i started to get into those video clips of jay cutler and dorian yates on youtube for a while. ( which helped pump me up for the big lifts)
but watching arnold takes me back to remebering to keep everything in line and equal
all i have to say is arnold was def the best all around. like seriously he was perfect in all aspects, frank zane was right up there too, but there is something about arnold that he just looke so astetically pleasing to the eye. every muscle was perfectly shaped and perfectly developed.
i feel like that is lost in todays bodybuilders, its all about being the biggest you can be, some of that astetic look is gone
