lookin for some info

hey all, i hope im in the right spot for this question, if not mods im sorry.

anyways, i was hopeing to get some info on a good cycle.

to start off im 28yrs old 180-185lbs and currently at 6%bf. i have done a few cycles in the past when i was a bit younger,but have since moved on to just using prohormones.

im a big fan of deca, and have used wini,test,and a couple others that i cant remember .

i have been body building since my early teens due to my dad being a body builder and competing(i never got off on wearing the speedos)

any how, i was hoping some of you might be able to inform me on a good one time cycle to get me past my platue.

as of now i took some time off , but when i start back id like to hit it hard and hoapfully hit the 200 mark.

im 5'8 at 180-185lbs. im eating roughly 6k calories 240g protien. and at 185 i have to never miss a meal as my motabolizm is through the roof. the most ive been able to hit is 187lbs on pro hormones.

im not lookin to stack a bunch of difrant steroids together, but more of a well rounded steroid like deca, and test.
i prefer inj over pill form as well.

anways i look forward to some of the feed back. thanks garry
 
Seems like you answered your own q bro. Test and deca or test and EQ will work. It just depends on your goals.

hahaha, ya i didnt want it to come across like that tho.

i guess im just trying to see what another set up that would be compared to deca and/or test.

there are so many to choose from and i dont have all that time to individually look up each and everyone. whats most evryone doing/trying these days.

on another note ..and once again im not sure if you are alloud to ask this , so if im outa line mods please let me know and i can edit it asap. but were can i get a hold of a contact. i have since lost touch with the buddies that i used to know and have been away from this sort of (suplimintation) for quite some time.


as for my goals, im really just trying to hit the 200lb mark. i dont care how much i lift but more into just trying to hit thee goals i set. i cant seem to get there on just prohormones and eating everything in site

Its hard to beat a bread and butter cycle for bulk mate add some d'bol and your home .

You need more protien. You weigh 185. You should be getting around 375g a day.


being on a budget ive gotta stretch out the most of my protien. id love to be able to have 4-5 shakes a day but id be buying protien every week. and havin a fam only allows so much.

but why would i want to have that much? i can understand mabe 30-40 more grams but 375 is quite a bit for someone who isnt on a cycle of somethin. i would think your body wouldnt be able to utalize it all just on pro hormones.


so the wife kinda killed the cycle idea. shot the fu***r before it even got off the ground.hahahaha

looks like im gonna go with

a stack of the beast and some other stuff. may even leave me able to up the protien abit.

sorry for the noob question buts whats the bread and butter of bulking? test-E and EQ?

test and decca .

It's a real mass add'r not all lean but you can add some good size.

Cant go wrong with bread and butter cycle... Heres a good one i always like

40mg of dbol 1-4
500 mg of test 1-12
400 mg of deca 1-12

Then pct....

You DEFINATLEY DO NOT need 4-5 shakes a day. 1 shake post w/o thats it. The rest needs to be real food. You want to grow and make the best of your cycle right? 2 grams of protien per pound of body weight. At the bare minimum I would in no way go below 1.5g. Thats the point of AAS, to make use of all the food you shove in your body. Thats its function. I can totally understand the budget angle though.
Go to the store when chicken breast is on sale and get bone-in breast for like .88-95 cents a lb. Beats paying $2.00 lb for boneless. My wife goes to the store and gets me 15-20lbs at a time when its on sale. Get eye of round too slow cook it and slice it thin or cube it. You can get enough protien on a budget if your creative. Fuck all those other supps and everything else. AAS + Food + proper sleep + proper training = Serious growth.
Things like lipid stable, and liver supps are a great idea for your health while on cycle. Other than that the only thing you really need other than food is maybe a good multi vitamin.
If you can afford lots of other frilly supps to add on then go for it. I would rather spend my money on food:Chef:

ya ,we shop at costco and get 2-3 pakages of the bonless skinless chicken. im the only one who cooks , so we eat steak chicken ans salmon throughought the week along with a shit ton of veggies, and pasta.

Damn, I need to find a better grocery store...... I paid 4.00 for 1.2 pds today and thought it was a bargain. Was boneless though. I need to bite the bullet, buy a deep freezer and buy in bulk... seeing what you pay is a definite wake up call....:supercool
