What's the purpose of slin only on workout days? You don't take AAS only on workout days, do you? The actual "building" is a 24hr process... Especially on off days.
 
Well I read that you gain less fat off of slin if used only after workouts...

I love slin, but the last time I used it got fat around my abdomen.

It has to be somewhat effective if used only on workout days right??

Absolutely.. But it's hard to say when exactly your body needs the most nutrients to build muscle in response to a workout.. Five minutes? Three hours? One day? Two? who knows..
