Will never happen. Not at 220 6%.

I am 246 and roughly 5-7% year around and I can tell you that without some fat to cushion those muscles and lube those joints, you are just setting yourself to encounter a major tear. Especially when you are dieting DOWN and your body is weaken, deprived of it's regular shit load of calories. I know because even after dieting down, your body is still going to take a while to get accostumed to the new weight. Same way with bulking up. It took me about 2 years to get my body used to staying this lean year around and coasting by without attempting to regress to it's former state.

You are either a POWER LIFTER or a BODY BUILDER, i dont think you can have it both ways at the same time. Keep it at 315lbs until you can rep that 10 times. At 6% body fat you are definatly asking for elbow problems trying to bench 500lbs ONE TIME ( what power lifters do)

You dont want to be wrapping your elbows at age 27 do you?? didnt think so :)

I totally agree with this statement...... Decide what you wanna do Powerlifter or BB, then train accordingly..... From what you posted, it sounds like you wanna look good, so just concentrate on that man.... Me personaly, I could care less how much I can bench, or squat.... I just know what I want my body to look like, and I adjust my diet/training accordingly..... Sure, in a perfect world we all wanna be 3% BF and Strong as an Ox, but it doesn't happen..... Don't get too Gung Ho on lifting very heavy weights is my advice to you..... Lifting very heavy might be impressive to the other people in your gym, but youre asking for an injury bro..... Just look good, feel good, and be happy..... Even if you train with 100lbs when you bench, who cares as long as you look awsome? Think about your goals physique wise, not how much you can lift.....
