:chomp:Hey bros,

Been awhile since ive been on the boards and It seems this has parrelled my life as since being off EF things havent been good at all. Anyway I got hit by a car doing 50mph crossing a crosswalk and broke my scalpua (apparently one of the better places to get it broken if there is sucha thing.) Anyway I have shrunk to the point of I am not myself....... very sad. Anyway what do you guys suggest regarding starting a cycle now. Accident was september 29 and I wanna grow again. Shoulder seems to make a "cracking/grinding noise" when I do lat pull downs and seated rows. Fuck what has me worried is the first DR in the ER said this kid needs surgery. Then they had me go see a specialist which didnt even have my chart but said she reviewed my xray and I am fine just will heal aand its impossible to determine if I will recover 100% I am on HRT now and have sustanon / var / NPP / t prop.... Wondering what you guys think? Ive been laying off the gym ALOT.

Question : Can I start a cycle you think? (injury wont impede progress?)

Question : What to run?
Question: Anyone ever had this shit happen??

Aloha from Hawaii bros,

LP

Hey liquid,
Sorry to hear about your misshap bro, that just sucks. Hopefully that asswipe had insurance!
Bro I would hold off on the cycle right now at least with AAS.
Have you been through any kind of PT yet?
In your case I really feel that I would be looking at peptides. I would do this in order to get that natty GH pulse boosetd to the very max.
Take a little bit of time and research peptides and then decide which way you wanna go.
Hope the best for you bro and good luck!:)

Shit dude, sorry to hear about that injury!! I recommend that you forget about lat pulldowns if your shoulder is acting up. Both of my shoulders are pretty trashed, so I stay away from any wide grip, pulldown/pullup. (I can do reverse grip, narrow stuff on a good day)

I say take it easy on the juice and train natty for a while. Juicing up now and going heavy weights could cause more problems than it's worth. Rebuild your foundation, triple check that your shoulder is good, then hit the gas.

if i was u,id look into peptides like ghrp6 for healing purposes, might speed up ur healing time..and IMO id add a little npp with your trt in your shoulder hurts
