i saw an article somewhere that said that like 85% of the people who actually think they have gyno really just have excess fat in the area and its not really gyno. What does anyone else think about that? Do you think that statement is accurate?

It's a toss up...think about it this way, where did they get their data? The reality is that if you have gyno, and you don't take care of it on time - you might get to a point where surgery (getting cut open) is the only way to get rid of it. My theory is better be safe then sorry.
IMO, if you know the symptoms and signs of gyno, you'll know when you have it.
