Ive always wanted to compete ever since I started to lift, and recently the trainers and other people at the gym have noticed how intense my workouts have gotten. Ive got some pretty good size on me but the fat has to go.

Im 25 years old, BF IS 18% and I'm 220. My bf is really high but i have really good definition in my back and legs, my legs have always been massive, even at my weight i got good separation and good visible vascularity in them.

I use to do MMA and i could cut weight really easily but I wasn't worried about keeping muscle and it was in a very unhealthy way. I wanna find a competition 3-5 months out and see what I can do onstage.

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs with a lot of egg whites and a wheat bagel.

Meal 2- Potatoe and fish, chicken or turkey patty

Meal 3- Same as above

Workout 2-3 hours including at least 30min cardio at the end

Meal 4 - post workout shake

Meal 5- is a late one around 9pm and its a protein shake with a table spoon of Peanut Butter and egg whites with 1 whole egg.--- I wont always eat the egg whites at night just if im really hungry

On my rest days I replace the potato with broccoli,

Even at this Bf and weight My blood pressure and cholesterol are pretty good, Ive always done pretty intense sports so I guess that helps. The only stuff Ive done In the past is cycle wise is simple Test cycles.

I know it was a long read but I would appreciate some input on my cutting diet. I was also planning to try Dbol for the first time with Sust 400 keeping the same diet.

Do you have any idea of the calorie intake of that diet ? at quick glance, the cals seem very low. I'd start the day off with the shake and begal (I prefer plain oatmeal with a slight bit of sweetener as my source of morning carbs) Before bed, I'd go with a lighter protein source thats slower digesting, eggs/egg whites, chicken, fish ect....Go have a look online and find a calorie counter so you have an idea where you stand in terms of nutritional breakdown of your diet. That way, it'll give us a better idea of what your working with and also areas you may need to change. That being said, diet is a very tricky thing and what works for one person, may not be best for another. Trial and error is your best teacher ;)
