Used to be there. Trained at Gold's in Deer Park for a while, and bounced around to some other places as well.

im from long island and i train at bev francis golds gym, it is probably the second best gym in the country besides golds gym venice, it is a hardcore gym that is HUGE, and you will see pros their faily often...

That place is phat. I like gold's Deer Park better.
