HEY GUYS...
its been a while since ive been on....but my training and diet haven't quit...
here is my history and what ive been up to
i am 6"4 #215
10-12%bf
train 4x per week havent missed mre than 2 weeks in the past 7 years and
eat 5-6 meals everyday and (cheat on the weekends)
my cycle history includes 4 previous cycles...never exceeded 1g per week with all compounds put together...not into orals and my favorite stack i fina test...firm believer in a regimented PCT as well as taking care of myself...
never had any real side affects and I'm trying to figure outwhat my next stack should be...
goal is to lean up abs little more and put on about 7-10lbs....
what does eveyone reccomend??? anything else yall think i should take into consideration?
