Long esters

Ok homebrewers I have a question! When brewing are you taking into account the longer ester of enathate cyp ect? If you are making lets say test e 200mg are you adding 25 % more powder to take in to account the ester?

No. I have heard of guys doing that but most do not. I personally, just do the math for the ester weight after its made.

no that would change the mg/ml it is what it is.

By convention, when AAS concentrations are given, they are in terms of total compound mass (with the ester) not base steroid mass per ml. This is true even of pharmaceutical grade gear.

In rough numbers, test-e and cyp are both 30% ester while test prop is only 20% ester. So, 200mg/wk of test-prop is more testosterone than 200mg/wk of test-e.

However, the difference is mostly ignored by users (although, it's still nice to be aware of).
