Long Dnp Cycles

NAS

New member
Hi, I've posted this here as I thought I would get a better response.

I want to hear from members who have tried long DNP cycles, such as 14 day cycles.

I've heard and read that 14 day DNP cycle with a 200mg taken before bed has produced good results and hardly had any dramatic side effects.

What kind of diet is best for a 14 day cycle?

50/30/20, Keto style etc?

Plz come forward and share your results, views etc

14 days is not that long.....people do 6 week cycles on dnp just keep the dosage low! 200mg a day.

this stuff isn't magic bro. i'd take 6 weeks a perfect dieting then just 1 10 day dnp cycle perfectly planned and carried out.

i've done a longer run with 200mg DNP /day... i got pretty good results. was the leanest i'd ever been and my diet wasn't perfect either, but it got old fast. by the 2nd week i had that pasty feeling all the time. allways had moist skin from sweating, dry mouth etc. i was lucky b/c my office wasn't strict on dresscode, so i could wear shorts and a tee if i wanted. most times i had shorts and a polo, but i HAD to get a fan to put in my cube. if i was in the cube that fan was on high.

personally i'd rather just do a strict 7-10 day cycle and get it over with quick.

Many people have had good results with longer low dose cycles.

Personally I feel hot all the time to begin with, and I really wouldn't want to feel even hotter for very long. I'm planning on just running a few week long low dose cycles combined with strict dieting.

One of the reasons why most people only run 7 day cycles is because after about 7 days DNP decreases t4 -> t3 conversion in the liver. I think there are some other reasons behind it as well, and I'm sure some experienced user here will clarify.

the point of the low dose is to avoid the heat.....heat doesn't mean it is working
