True, it is irresponsible. But I don't quite understand how ownership of a beer company would make his DUI any more of a big deal than someone who brews his own at home. It's fuggin dumb to get drunk and behind the wheel no matter who you are. He can kill a family just as easily as the next drunk.

I used to be so dumb, I've had to drive home with my head out the window with one eye close in February. Out the window to keep from puking, and one eye open to only see one lane. Christ, I was dumb in my youth.
