LOL! How many "unemployed" do you think will appear?

The real program is you can refi your home at 4.5% 30 yr fixed with no qualifying..

just the closing cost

No free lunch. Banks pass along whatever losses from the original mortgage - to the feds. Private Debt goes from private to public.

Your neighbors credit card and mortgage debt - is now your debt too. ha ha! Yeah USA!

(tip: refinance the mortgage as low as possible. Say from $500,000 to $200,000. Since prices in cities are still high - turn around and sell it for $300,000 and pocket $100k in profit! ha! Take advantage of the system before they figure out the loophole!).

Idiots. All this bailout money is essentially like throwing it over a cliff. I bet a lot of it floats its way over to China lol.

Pretty much. The transfer of debt from private to public - to benefit the rich elite creditors of this nation (stocks, banks, funds, insurance) - ie: obama's masters - continues.

This is CHANGE we need! This all looks noble. I hope this isn't setting is up for a massive crash and big "D" is what I'm worried about. Where's Reagan when you need him???

LOL All those simpletons who voted for this lying sack and his *change*. Somehow I don't think that this was what they had in mind.

I will enjoy sitting back and watching this guy and his wife laugh all the way to the bank while the masses get fleeced. I am still waiting for the massive health care reforms that Clinton promised. Then I get corrected by my much older husband who tells me, "No, it was Carter who first made that promise."

Damn, it seems that G Dubya fucked this country harder out of office then when he was in.

Don't feel sorry for greedy Americans. Who cares if our economy crashes, we got rid of those WMD's!! People really didn't think we could lose a $1T war in two countries, then come home and act like everything's fine? Time to pay the bill. China isn't going to pay it anymore and the Saudi/Isreali's can only buy so many weapons.

If it makes people feel better -- life for those iraqi kids that Americans people were so concerned about having democracy, sucks a lot more than our lives.

I still remember all the *patriotic* dumbasses who climbed all over my ass back in the early part of this decade for denouncing the US involvement in the Middle East. Back before it was POPULAR to use your brain and say, "Ummm if my government wants to get themselves some oil, then they should just say it and not insult me with all of this WMD gibberish insulting my intelligence."

Oh God... I remember this one dumb bitch in particular that said it was impossible for me to be supportive of our troops and be anti-war because the word warrior came from the word war.

I wonder when that dumbass woke up and smelled the coffee that they had been *gasp*... dare I say it?... DUPED by their government.

The soldiers did what they were ordered to do. I appreciate their sacrifice, each and every one. But that doesn't mean that I was ever weak-minded enough to buy the line of utter bullshit that my government was trying to sell me.

Yup - I was calling bullshit 8 years ago before it was PC to do so.

Good for you. I remember the "If you're not supporting our war - you're a traitor and terrorist. You just want to fight the terrorists here. You want a surrender date".

I hope these fuckheads are the ones worrying about their mortgages cuz they gotta pay the bills for 'ridding Saddamn and all those horrible terroists and wmds there' hahahaha. Serves 'em right.

This is a country that sent tens of thousands of young american men to their death fighting communism in jungles. And now we're begging for their money. The Govt has no crediblity when it comes to wars.

Dude, imagine I was moving TO PARIS in 2003!! Can you imagine all the bullshit I got over that?!?! Pussies or not the fact is that France has the best free educational system IN THE WORLD and a wholelotta other pluses that didn't make it such a terrible place to live. Had I known that there were social programs in place that would have helped out a single mom with young kids even though she was not yet a citizen of the EU you'd better believe that I would have brought my kids with me. <--- a decision that I will regret for the rest of my life.

Anyway... I still can't get over all of the bleeding hearted average American MORONS that were giving me shit for condemning the US for sending our troops over to the middle east. If they had just fessed up that "We want their oil so they don't seem to have our balls in their hands" then I would have still condemned it, but at least I wouldn't had my intelligence insulted by such a large mountain of utter bunk.

I want to vomit at all the fukkin bullshit analogies that those simpletons were coming up with as a means of justifying THEIR STUPIDITY for backing a government that was clearly lying. My favorite was the one where if you see your neighbor beating his wife and kids in his house then it is YOUR DUTY to walk over there and beat the fuck out of him to protect her and her children from him.... I don't know if all the levels of irony in that particular analogy make me want to laugh or scream... yup, those were the *good old days* on elite - NOT.

If you're unemployed now chances are pretty good you'll be unemployed three months now. It's delaying the inevitable for the vast majority of them.
