Try actually sending an email to support rather than ask on the boards, just a suggestion.

Gilly, another bro I know is having the same problem. Seems if you were platinum at one time and are no longer, you are getting shut out. Is there a support person you can contact??

hey bro i have had that problem before.....email [email protected] i am pretty sure that is his address, he will fix it for you.
This can also happen if you change your email address in your profile...it did it to me months ago. Contact EF Sam and he should be able to fix you right up...and don't change your email addy ever again (as everytime I have it locks me out). That's why I found it so odd that they were giving away a promotion this past week for those who change their profile email to an elite account (as when I do that I get blocked from the site)
