LMR's RED ZONE???? opinions

Alright I was given this shit along time ago (roughly 3 months ago) but was on a bulking cycle, so didnt use it till now. For the last 2 weeks I have been taking it coupled with cardio (non hard impact, and not intense in any way).

I started taking it at 2.5ml a day for a week with 10 minutes of exercize bike in the morning right when I wake up, empty stomach

then after a week I jumped it up to 5ml a day in the morning with 15 minutes of eliptical machine cardio on empty stomach

since thursday the 26th august, I have gone up to 20 minutes eliptical machine with the 5ml each morning right before I start cardio on a empty stomach.

Outcome....

since I have started it I have lost about 8lbs!!!! :worried: (not necessarily intended, My intentions were to do minimal cardio to kinda prepare myself for the pt test in a couple weeks, and slowly, really slowly burn a little fat, like maybe a lb a week, but thats it) Instead it has gone crazy!!! I have lost 8lbs in less than 2 1/2 weeks, and not exactly sure if I should flip out. I didnt think i was carrying to much water weight to begin with, but I am pretty sure I am not now!! LOL ;)

I eat a really clean, and pretty full diet every day, I also work out 5 days a week a modified 5x5/volume routine! real late at night. I work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week(mainly inside though with aircondition)

A little estimate I think I have gone from about 16% down to about 12% BF in this time as well, so atleast some good ;)

So...if anyone has an opinion, past expereince, extra research I can read about, or anything on this shit I am on, please let me know, if I should get off it right now, or what.........
