LMAO.....You morons

- One-third of respondents couldn’t pinpoint Louisiana on a map and 48 percent were unable to locate Mississippi.
- Fewer than three in 10 think it important to know the locations of countries in the news and just 14 percent believe speaking another language is a necessary skill.
- Two-thirds didn’t know that the earthquake that killed 70,000 people in October 2005 occurred in Pakistan.
- Six in 10 could not find Iraq on a map of the Middle East.
- While the outsourcing of jobs to India has been a major U.S. business story, 47 percent could not find the Indian subcontinent on a map of Asia.
- While Israeli-Palestinian strife has been in the news for the entire lives of the respondents, 75 percent were unable to locate Israel on a map of the Middle East.
- Nearly three-quarters incorrectly named English as the most widely spoken native language.
- Six in 10 did not know the border between North and South Korea is the most heavily fortified in the world. Thirty percent thought the most heavily fortified border was between the United States and Mexico.

OMG

Dang, I got 40% on that test.

lol no kiddin

dullboy laughs at silly unproductive canadians.

dullboy says that maybe if you Frogs and Canucks spent a little more time being productive, and a little less time worrying about what continent Angola exists on, then you might be able to talk smack about the most productive nation on Earth.

lets see:

Canada: GDP - per capita: purchasing power parity - $31,500 (2004 est.)

USA: GDP - per capita: purchasing power parity - $40,100 (2004 est.)

if americans are so stupid, how come we're so much more productive than our hostile neighbors to the north?

I got a 70%

Largest state east of the mississippi - who the fuck cares?
Soloman Islands - My initial guess of South Pacific was right, but I changed it to South Atlantic :(
I got the Capitol of Kentucky wrong - I suspected strongly that it was not Louisville as I have run into this question before, though I couldnt narrow it down from the other 3 choices.

Angola was easy DullBoy - you made us look bad by failing to get that one.

I'd like to know more about the sample they chose to conduct this study too.

but i will say this, "who the fuck remembers most of the crap you learned in school?" ok, some of the stuff you have to know, but alot stuff you forget. at one time i had all the presidents and the capitol of every state memorized, but definitely don't know them now, nor do i have any motivations to become a geography wiz. i could give a rat's ass that the earthquake that killed 70,000 people in October 2005 occurred in Pakistan.

Sure you are. That's why Canada has been rated a better place to live than the US 19 out of the last 20 years and number 1 in the world 13 out of 20 years. That's why Canada's economy has grown at 1.4 times the rate of the American economy for the past 5 years and 3 times that of Japan.

Bluepeter laughs at dullboy's anemic and predictable lapse into the pathetic Republican tactic of obfuscation rather than addressing the actual issue.

If you're that stupid, I'm not about to bother enlightening your intellectually challenged ass.

I'll stop writing like Buckley when you stop referring to yourself in the third person.

I wouldn't expect someone who tries to justify his country's stupidity by quoting GDP numbers to be able to comprehend whether I'm having fun.

Good one. Buckley would be proud.

What's a wit?

i read that earlier today and realized nothing has changed in a while. i dated a canadian chick from vancouver about 10 years ago and she was amazed that i knew it was on the pacific side. apparently every other american she had met thinks canada stops its westward spread at the great lakes.

will you be sticking your tongue out at dullboy soon?

From the 'twit' that had to resort to insinuating I am a homosexual because he lacks the 'wit' to engage someone older than my 4 year old.

EL-OH-EL

dullboy didn't insinuate anything. he really thought that you were queer.

it's obvious that you hate fags, so he won't be making that mistake again.

and dullboy bets he could outsmart a 4 year old even on a bad day.
