ill give it to the man he is jacked and ripped. he was like ripped but with a tad less muscle when he was rappin at age 18 19. i think hes about 6'2 and about 230 with 5-6 percent bodyfat

he can be as ripped as he wants, he still sucks at rapping. 5-6%, in the pictures I've seen he looks like he is 8-10% but with a good amount of muscle for an entertainer

dude no way he is 8-10 percent bodyfat hes lower like 5. if u seen his new video the guy is ripped. a clear cut six pack, the kinda abs you could loose your keys in dude. im shure the guy has the best advice and trainers and MONEY so what can u expect? nothin less then perfect right?

hmm alright, I'll have to catch the video b/c in the pic posted on one of these forums he didnt look that cut but yeah your right about the money and being perfect.

I was listening to Larry Elder (heheh) one day, and the show featured a clip of LL just after he had walked off the stage in the middle of a concert he was going to give. Some gang members were fighting in the crowd over something stupid, and he wouldn't tolerate it.
His quote was SO politically incorrect:
"This is appalling. I think it's just another example of how we, as black youth, need our father figures now more than ever."
Kudos to this man, who is not afraid to admit the faults of his own culture, even when bleedheart white idiots (!) would call HIM racist and an "Uncle Tom" because of their overly politically correct hypersensitivities.

He looks about 7-8 % , maybe 225 lbs.
Can't compare to Arnold- Arnold was a freak with hollow bird bones. I'm his height and weifght and don't look as huge as he did , either. and no I'm not fat (maybe 10-12% at the moment)
