Liver Support: Tylers vs. R-ALA vs. ????

Ulter said:
Tyler is only sold by doctors to their patients who need a liver detox. We have to have a doctor order it so we can sell it in the AF Store. It's not the same as the supplements you get from the supp store. My doctor put me on it when my liver values rose several years ago and it worked great. So we found a way to get it for the store for people here.

Glucorell R heals the liver once it's been damaged. Tyler helps prevent the damage in the first place. SesaPure is also a liver aid as well as the fat loss properties.

Well then - I'll just have to order some Tyler to go with the Ses/Gluc I am using.

I didn't realize that Tyler was that good.

Seeing as I'm on 100mg Winny/ed - I can't take any chances

Thanks Ulter

How much Tyler's should be taken each day for a 4-week T-bol cycle? Will be jump-starting my 10-week test + tren with t-bol.... should I continue with the Tyler's even after I'm done with the T-bol portion of the cycle?

Thanks (sorry for hijacking!)

thanks.... so many pills to take... so little time (and stomach!)

I use Liv-52 and milk thistle. After my test/tren/winny cycle my liver results came back normal....thats enough for me to keep using it!

tylers only way to go my test was in the 100<s liver was in good shape liver and total body function great. might make you use the boys room a little more than often, but that just tells you it,s working. (cheers).

Well it appears that Tylers is #1, no doubt about that one... but can anybody give me a comparison of the Liv.52 and the "NOW" Liver Product, with their relative strengths/weaknesses as compared to each other, and also compared to Tylers??? Here's the ingredients:

Liv.52
Main Ingredients

Capers (Capparis spinosa) - Well-documented hepatic stimulant and protector. Improves the functional efficiency of the liver.*
Wild Chicory (Cichorium intybus) - Powerful hepatic stimulant, increases bile secretion, acts on liver glycogen and promotes digestion.*
Black Nightshade (Solanum nigrum) – Promotes liver and kidney health and has shown hepatoprotective activity in cases of toxicity induced by drugs and chemicals.*
Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – Tonic for heart and liver. Regulates hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis.*
Negro Coffee (Cassia occidentalis) – Digestive and hepatic tonic.*
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – Stimulative tonic for the liver.*
Tamarisk (Tamarix gallica) - Hepatic stimulant; also provides digestive support.*

Looks like the NOW product definitely "covers more bases", but Liv52 has been praised for a long time now too. Who wins?!?! lol ;)

I think the most important difference is that liv52 studies are poorly designed and have a wide range of results.
"The methodological qualities of clinical trials of treatment with herbal preparations (like liv52) are poor. The efficacy of these herbal preparations need to be evaluated in rigorously designed, larger randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multicenter trials."

HOWEVER, the Glucarate in Tyler was patented by Ohio State University and was shown to protect the liver from chemical toxins in order for patent to be granted.
