Liver Protectant

I just bought some Milk Thistle 175mg....it says to take 1-3 a day....should i go with 3? (i.e. with dec/var)

deca and var? I wouldn't worry to much about the liver, but I take it even with test and eq. makes me feel healthy though.

I agree with utler, i used some cheapo brand liver detox/protectant while on dbol/deca and it did nothing. it might have made things worse as i actually felt a pain where my liver was!
next time i will try the tylers brand as many have had + comments.
