Liver detox

I hear about milk thistle and Tyler's Liver Detox and I wonder what is in Tyler's. I get the milk thistle. I found this stuff by a company called Liverite called Liver Aid. It contains 4 different lecithins, Liver Hydrolsate with 17 amino acids, Choline, Inositol, L-Cysteine (hydrochlorine). amd vit B-12.58mcg. This is the dose for 2 tabs and it is recommended on the bottle to take 2 tabs 3times a day.

Does any of this stuff sound right? What exactly is in Tyler's. I read good stuff about it.

i am taking tylers rite now only b/c im taking var. , i am taking two caps of tylers 10 mins before i take my orals two times a day.
