little time to train

if i start a cycle. but don't have the time to keep a normal training schedual. will it do damage? will it matter? should i wait till i have the time to train everyday? :rolleyes:
 
Don't start a cycle until you can give 100%---diet and training. It would be a waste to cycle and only give 50%. I would suggest at least 4 days aweek. It also depends on what you are gonna take.
 
I train 30 min to a hour max, 4 days a week i keep gaining...Its all how hard you work and how much muscle you damage.You dont have to train for hours and everyday to make gains.Just have to make the time you lift count and if done right you wont be wanting to workout everyday you be hopeing for a nap.......
 
diet and sleep are more important then how u train....

with that being said u can like for 45 minutes 4 days a week and blow the f*ck up its all about intesity baby

i train 4 times a week but the only days i have the time to make it to the gym is tuesday to friday. will it matter if i work four days on in a row and four days off in a row? providing that my diet is good all week.
 
I don't see a problem with 4 days. Just go balls to the wall and as its all genetics said "Diet and sleep are the most important things you need to worry about"!
 
4 days a row in the week to wrokout will be fine bro..You cand split it up you do to training forum here and you'l get some good advice I'll throw a split at you...

Tue-Biceps,Shoulders Thur-Chest,Tricepts

Wed-Back Fri-Legs

Add cardio and abbs as you please I didnt really put much thought into this just stating than you can do fine on a 4 day split..Train hard bro
