Little question on deca

Hey guys,
I an 30 years old. Stopped bodybuilding for 1 year now. And went down from 96 to 75 kg ( lost 21 kg in one year). Due to a change in my work and lifestyle I think it's normal. I used to juice eat high protein 5 meals a day and train 4 times a week. Now I eat 2 meals of bullshit food and work 9 hours a day standing on my feet. Anyway I got sick of what I became and I am making a commitment to get back to shape. I have some deca that had been in my closet since I used to train. It's written 2013 on expiry date. You think can I use that? I am planing the folowing cycle I used to gain good weight with it :)
60 mg dianabol / 8 weeks
500 mg test E / 12 weeks
400 mg deca / 12 weeks

Can I start my cycle even if I am back for only 2 weeks now? Or I should still wait til my body gain some natural weight?

Your advices will be apperciated. Peace.

You will forsure need to get back to work natualy before jumping on. You need to get your diet back on track and get your body back into shape, thats alot of weight loss and a lot of time to be out of the gym. Get that weight and dedication back before the cycle. Thats my opinion

You should have muscle memory come back pretty quick so IMO I would wait, get your training back down pay and most importantly your diet. And you need to run your test two weeks past your deca just for future reference
 
"2 meals of bullshit food" + 2 month = your answer...

Get back to what made you great before

Your muscles might not be as strong since you've lost all that weight and I bet that your tendons and ligaments are the same way. Coming back to hard and heavy without having time to strengthen either could result in some damage. Just train natty for a while :)
 
Read Stevesmi's post " People think you need to be tough to workout" or whatever it is... Hopefully that will point you in the right direction...
 
^^^ yup i just put up a thread explaining how conditioning rewards lifting/bodybuilding.. read that.

why do you need gear right now? I am going natural for the next 6 months myself. enjoy working out and build yourself back before worrying about juice .. in the mean time research the shit out of these compounds so you can make the most out of your cycle
 
Hey guys I see you all share the same opinion. That means I should go natural for a while. I read steve post. Two months with good diet is enough for ne to get some conditioning. So I will go natural at least for the next two months. Tnx for your replies.

IMO your deca is ok. I don't use it because it kills my desire even with added test. Test c, e, p every 3 1/2 days works fine for cycles. Just increase the amounts for more reaction.
