Hey guys,
I an 30 years old. Stopped bodybuilding for 1 year now. And went down from 96 to 75 kg ( lost 21 kg in one year). Due to a change in my work and lifestyle I think it's normal. I used to juice eat high protein 5 meals a day and train 4 times a week. Now I eat 2 meals of bullshit food and work 9 hours a day standing on my feet. Anyway I got sick of what I became and I am making a commitment to get back to shape. I have some deca that had been in my closet since I used to train. It's written 2013 on expiry date. You think can I use that? I am planing the folowing cycle I used to gain good weight with it
60 mg dianabol / 8 weeks
500 mg test E / 12 weeks
400 mg deca / 12 weeks
Can I start my cycle even if I am back for only 2 weeks now? Or I should still wait til my body gain some natural weight?
