little help on 2nd cycle

i got 200 pills of d-bol at 10mgs tabs and ttokkyo deca (10 ml 300mg pre cc) . i was wondering how i should take this ?


ps: 1st cycle was 250 mg of sustanon a week i gained 25 pounds on that 8 week cycle.
