Little Help for a Rookie

Need some help for a first time cycle. I'm 22, I weigh 150, 12% body fat and have been lifting for 2 years. Looking to put on some mass. What should I take? How much? How long? Anything else I should know?

let me grab this before you get flamed off this board.
1. First thing to do is read..go here to read about steroids
2. After you know what steroids do what, then do searches here for specific items you may be looking for, mass cycle, strength cycle, cutting cycle etc.
3. After you have done this you need to decide how long, how much and make sure that you are dedicated enough to follow through with the eating, lifting, the recovery and everything that it takes to have a succesful cycle.
4. After you know what, how much, and know that you are ready, you can than post these here along with your stats again and ask fellow board members how this looks. These guys will be more than happy to help you critique a cycle and give a few pointers to help you out.

Nobody here wants to do the leg work for you. Read everything you can about Steroids, Anti-e's, after cycle therapy's and then you will be ready. If you cannot find info make sure you do your searches here. My guess is that there will not be one thing that you come up with that hasn't been covered here at least 10 times. Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions about where info may be. I am not a source so do not PM me for that

I definitely don't want to get flamed off the board and I'm not trying to get anyone to do the leg work for me. I left my post broad hoping to get some different perspectives. I've done some research over the past few months and I'm just trying to take full advantage of my first cycle.
 
i think your best bet would to find what you would like to stack then get a critique on what cycle you plan on doing. Im not a big fan of huge cycles for your first, and on my first cycle i did sust at 250mgs every five days. I think this is fully sufficient for a first cycle, I gained 25 good pounds and after my post cycle therapy I kept 20 of that.
 
Yeah a huge cycle wouldnt be necessary see as your receptors are all virgin you should see big gains. Steroids are all well and good my friend but first make sure your diet and training are fine. You are going to need to consume 2-300grams of protien a day and 4-5000 calories.

Good idea. I'm thinking of taking 300mg of Norma Deca weekly for ten weeks and then some Clomid afterwards. I was thinking of breaking it into two shots just because I don't know if my skinny ass can handle 3cc's at once. What do you guys think? I know theres the fear of "Deca Dick" but no one I know who has taken Deca has actually had it.
 
Training 2 yrs and only 150lbs, your obviously not doing something right. Get your food right, your training right, and your resting right and then think about taking gear.

I know lads who trained naturally properly and have put 14lbs a year on, so try it. You'll appreciate it in the long run

this is even better than i suggested, but we still dont know the guys height. he could very well be in the low 5' area, in which case 150 pounds is pretty heavy for his height. yes 300mgs deca would be ok. Im still a fan of test though it has always been in my cycle somewhere. I also love deca too, but just cause your freinds didnt get the limp noodle doesnt mean that you cant.
