let me grab this before you get flamed off this board.
1. First thing to do is read..go
here to read about steroids
2. After you know what steroids do what, then do searches here for specific items you may be looking for, mass cycle, strength cycle, cutting cycle etc.
3. After you have done this you need to decide how long, how much and make sure that you are dedicated enough to follow through with the eating, lifting, the recovery and everything that it takes to have a succesful cycle.
4. After you know what, how much, and know that you are ready, you can than post these here along with your stats again and ask fellow board members how this looks. These guys will be more than happy to help you critique a cycle and give a few pointers to help you out.
Nobody here wants to do the leg work for you. Read everything you can about Steroids, Anti-e's, after cycle therapy's and then you will be ready. If you cannot find info make sure you do your searches here. My guess is that there will not be one thing that you come up with that hasn't been covered here at least 10 times. Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions about where info may be.
